SHIPPING
Shadrack Watersports prefers UPS for domestic shipping. A
UPS tracking # will be made available to you. Free shipping
is limited to wakeboards and/or purchases over $100 dollars
and is limited to the continental 48 states. International
orders are welcome, but are subject to special pricing.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The customer comes first at Shadrack Watersports. If you would
like to return the unused product, follow these steps:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
- Call or e-mail store@shadrack.com
for a Return Authorization (No refunds or exchanges without
a valid RA)
- Send the unused product back (FedEx, UPS or USPS, insured
and trackable)
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Upon inspection of returned product, Shadrack Watersports,
at its discretion, will issue a full or partial refund to
the credit card used for the purchase less the original
shipping charges. All returned items that were shipped with
the free shipping promotion will be credited less the actual
shipping costs.
- Sorry, no returns or exchanges on closeout or sale items.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If you receive any product that has been damaged in shipping
please contact us immediately via email or telephone (865)
376-0706. It is important that you DO NOT discard the damaged
packaging. We will have the shipping company pick up the damaged
package and we will send out a replacement when the damaged
item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
WARRANTY
All products purchased from Shadrack Watersports carry the
full manufacturer warranty unless sold as a “no warranty”
item. All warranty claims may only be made by the original
purchaser on record. |
